A non-refundable holding fee is required to reserve a puppy. Once a holding fee is received, the puppy is removed from public advertising and held exclusively for the approved buyer.

Holding fees are transferable to a future litter at the Seller's discretion but are not refundable unless the Seller is unable to provide the puppy.

Puppies are selected in the order that approved holding fees are received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dainty Dawlz reserves the right to retain any puppy for breeding or program purposes at any time.

The remaining balance is due prior to or at pickup unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash
• Zelle
• Approved electronic payment methods

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of all monies paid.

All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to placement and are sold in good health.

Buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of pickup or delivery to validate any health guarantee.

Failure to obtain a veterinary examination within the required timeframe may void the health guarantee.

Unless expressly stated in writing, all puppies are sold as pets only and without breeding rights.

Breeding rights, if granted, must be documented separately in writing.

The Buyer agrees to provide:

• Proper nutrition
• Routine veterinary care
• Vaccinations and parasite prevention
• Safe housing and supervision
• Adequate socialization and grooming

Yorkshire Terriers are companion animals and should not be left outdoors unattended.

Estimated adult size, weight, coat color, ear set, and facial features are estimates only.

No guarantee is made regarding adult size, weight, color changes, fertility, or show quality.

Dainty Dawlz reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time if placement is determined to be unsuitable or not in the puppy's best interest.

If the Seller cancels the sale prior to placement, the Seller may refund monies paid at their discretion.

If at any time the Buyer can no longer keep the dog, Dainty Dawlz requests notification and reserves the first right of refusal to assist with rehoming.

Under no circumstances shall the dog be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, pet store, or research facility.

Dainty Dawlz is committed to providing lifetime support to puppy families. Buyers are encouraged to contact the breeder with questions regarding care, feeding, grooming, and training throughout the dog's lifetime.
