At Dainty Dawlz, our mission is to preserve and improve the Yorkshire Terrier breed by producing healthy, well-socialized Teddy Bear and Doll Face Yorkies with exceptional temperaments, beautiful structure, and lifelong support for every family. Health always comes before beauty, and every puppy is raised with love, integrity, and responsible breeding practices.

All breeding dogs should:

• Be in excellent physical condition.
• Have stable, friendly temperaments.
• Be DNA tested before breeding.
• Receive routine veterinary care.
• Be current on vaccinations and parasite prevention.
• Be fed high-quality nutrition.
• Be bred responsibly with appropriate recovery time between litters.

Every puppy will:

• Be raised inside the home.
• Be handled daily.
• Be introduced to normal household sounds.
• Begin age-appropriate socialization.
• Receive routine deworming.
• Receive age-appropriate vaccinations.
• Receive veterinary examinations when appropriate.
• Be monitored for healthy growth and development.

Potential buyers should:

✔ Complete the Puppy Application.

✔ Demonstrate an understanding of toy-breed care.

✔ Have a veterinarian selected or be willing to establish one before taking their puppy home.

✔ Agree to follow all contract requirements.

✔ Provide a safe, loving indoor home.

✔ Be financially prepared for routine and emergency veterinary care.

 Puppies are not reserved until a signed Reservation Agreement and reservation fee are received.

• Reservation fees are applied toward the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable except where specifically provided by written agreement.

Every puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of going home, as required by your contracts.

Failure to complete the examination within the required timeframe may affect certain guarantees outlined in the purchase agreement.

Lifetime Support

Dainty Dawlz provides ongoing support to every approved family.

Owners are encouraged to contact us throughout their puppy’s lifetime with questions regarding:

• Nutrition
• Grooming
• Training
• General care
• Breed-specific concerns

If an owner can no longer care for their Dainty Dawlz puppy or dog, we ask that they contact us first. Whenever possible, we will always help find a safe, appropriate solution rather than allowing the dog to be surrendered to a shelter or rescue.
